Default Header Rub

I bought a set of used BMR shorty headers and had them installed. Today I noticed that the drivers side header is rubbing against the steering shaft when I make right turns. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem with their headers and what did you do to resolve it. I know, stop making right rturns but that is impossible on a nice long curvey road.

Originally I had the same problem with my headers but then just ended up bending the header pipe in a little around the steering shaft.
