To some it looks better, some like the old muscle car look. Also some might prefer the ride quality of a stock height car, lastly there are clearance issues with a lowered car. I am lowering mine, but that's just my preference. To each his own.

I still can't decide for sure, both ways look good to me. Kind of depends on the angle you look at them from I guess.

Yeah, that and how much the aftermarket wheels and tires fill up the wheelwells when unlowered.
