Yes Bassani SS Race axlebacks...do it and you will not be disappointed
DeStonn always says this. I think I believe him. From the videos I've heard, Bassani axlebacks do sound good, but don't ruin it with an X-pipe...PLEASE!!!!

I love my Borla stingers! [sm=happy046.gif]

Please enlighten me, what is an X-pipe and what would it do to riun it?

I gather from the "X", and from what I have seen, is a pipe that connects the two sides of the exhaust? Flame on.

Yeah....here it is.

Yes, you are right. X-pipes connect both sides of your exhaust. There are H-pipes, and there are X-pipes. Ask anyone......X-pipes make exhaust noise very raspy, poppy, ragged, and tinny (like your mufflers are made out of empty Chef Boyardee ravioli cans). On the other hand, H-pipes make the exhaust sound deep and aggressive. There's much more to say, but you'll learn as you read threads.

The chokemasters sound terrible IMO, you will get no gains from axle backs. There is not "true" catback system for our car, you will just be replacing the midpipes which is useless unless you want a higher grade of steel (which is what I did). I recommend Borla in the department.
