I dont have a S197 so I can't really help you out, but I just wanted to say you have a badass car!
+ 1!

I'd leave the hood alone it looks good as you have it right now

Does anyone know where I could get a set of these, or something close to it but didn't look stupid. Im not sure though do you guys think that they would look bad with the CS6 hood?
I think they would look silly. You can make that CS6 hood somewhat functional for heat extraction, you know.

Any Ideas on how to make it functional. I know where they want you to put that fake plastic grille in there but If I where to cut that out wouldn't it hurt the structual integrity of it. Maybe I could just drill a coulple holes in it or something. But would I need to get hood pins too because of the different pressures that will be under the hood now? Or would that relieve pressure under the hood?

The ones from the KR are different:

BTW, they're auctioning off the first GT500KR at next month's Barrett-Jackson auction:

All you have to do to make them functional is cut the holes out - I don't think you can install them without cutting the holes anyway. And no, it won't destroy the integrity of the hood or cause it blow up. No hood pins required.
