IMO you will loose more money with the devaluation of your things and buying a new car for the gas only. Lets say you got the car for 28K + 20K options and you will be selling it for 30k? IMO just keep the car.
I dont get whats the point in geting a hybrid if the process of getting one will cost you 20K of stuf you got into the stang + the new car = **** load of wasted money.

Its cheaper and more clever to get a stinky hybrid for work only and keep the stang.

Well, I would consider taking the parts back out, however I'm not a mechanic or have the tools to do so. I had all the parts installed at a shop, and I imagine it would be kind of pricey to take stuff back out. Besides, I don't have my exhaust or suspension parts anymore. Now granted it might be worth it to take the supercharger off, but again I'm not sure how much it would cost to have this taken out. Here's a picture of it, sorry I don't have a pic of the engine atm. I was thinking of asking 39K or so for it, what do you guys think?

That's the downside of modding...
How do you get backwhat you put in if you have to sell?? Well, you don't[8D].

A friend of mine is still trying to sell his 05stage1 Roush for 30K. It's been 6 months, no luck.
The car's perfect, not a scratch, 5000K miles.

Anyway, 39K will be hard for yours.
I think the beater car is the way to go.

Get a beater. I just bought a 04 Ranger Edge with 100k miles on her that I will now use as my DD... Stang in the garage for nights & weekend fun.

I hate to say it, but my guess would be $20-22k. It's not about how much you paid or put into it, it's about how much the other guy is willing to pay. 2008's are rolling into the lots and there are a lot of great deals going on. I'd say take it into a dealer and see how much they'll give you, or even a Carmax, they'll buy it right from you. I'm not saying sell it or trade it in, but that should give you an idea of how the market is and what it's worth. Like a lot of the guys said, that's one of the pitfalls of modding, you're doingit to your taste and no one elses.

Your car is a beauty...it we were in car show season you could display it and have a for sale sign on it...that would give your a better chance since folks who attend car shows are mostly fanatics of stangs....well..at least I am...
