Just wondering if you could remove it since I'm still getting a little wheel wabbling and I removed the black circles in the picture already

oh sorry i can't help, i just figure the parts that come on it are meant to be there to serve some type of purpose and wouldn't want you to go through a f_ _ked up situation because you took a measly little part.

Isn't that the clip that holds the brake pads in place? Don't think I'd remove that.

The pads wouldn't fall out if you didn't use these retainers, but they'd make an ungodly rattle as they slopped about in the calipers.

that should have nothing to do with vibrations.....the pad isnt in contact with the wheel unless braking....

Well, most of the time. Some cars have their brakes skim the rotors very softly all the time, but I think that practice is long since gone...

Yea, I realise that,I meant that the pads will essentially be sitting loosely in their slots and will move about a little and rattle without some form of sprung retainer to keep them in check.

DONT remove them, you need those. its an antisqueal devise plus if you remove it you will here your pads rattling around in the brackets. sounds like crap. if you have wheel wobble check for a loose bearing or balljoint or tie rods . if you have aftermarket wheels make sure the center hole is the right size and not binding up on the hub. if you feel it while driving you may also have a tire that needs to be balanced. sometimes the weights fall off.
