that should have nothing to do with vibrations.....the pad isnt in contact with the wheel unless braking....
+1 leave hardware alone
goto the stealership
they know how to fix "wobbling"

No, the pad is in contact with the caliper and would rattle against it if it wasn't held in place, that's what those clips arefor

But Yes, leave them in, makes no sense to remove them even if you don't mind the rattling.
