2007 Mustang GTR?

Has anyone heard of or seen one of these before? Is this just a GT with a body kit and some paint, or does it have any actual engine upgrades (if it is indeed a legit car)

It's a RiceBoy special. Stickers and colored coolant that give it an extra 50 HP.
