Default '06 Gt HID Lights

Where can I get some really good HID lights for my '06 GT? I called Ford to see if the new HID lights they are putting on the '08's, will fit on my '06 and they don't. So can I have some help here..

that's a good question? is it a matter of the alarm system not correlating with the light unit?

I can't see why you couldn't make it work, just a little wiring probably. There is a way to make the lights not flash when the car is locked. I'm pretty sure of it anyways, I did it on my 2006 F150 so it should be about the same.

I thought they were crossed with the trunk release and driver's power seats?

Jeeze, the dealership lied to me and told me it was part of the auto glove box release switch that they said they couldn't fix but charged me $400 for...

I agree with ebay----look into pilot or mcculloch brand for trouble free operation.

If you can get your hands on a set of Saleen HID's, they're worth the price. They do not blind other drivers, and the visability is excellent. If you ever plan on takingoff your GT grill and replacing it with a CDC grill (or similar), the Saleen HID's are a must...
