It is probably the best company I've ordered from, the prices are spot on and FREE SHIPPING is awesome. I wish the inventory was a lil bigger so I didn;t have to buy from anyone else...lol
As for the free calender, chill a lil bit, this is one instance were the customer isn't right.

I'm suprised at Cautions statment, first bad words I've ever heard of them.

Default American Muscle = **** !! :-(

I odered a tuner from them (before I was a member here or I would have used Brenspeed) awhile back -- paid for over night shipping. I called numerous times to see where it was since I paid for it... took them 10 days to ship it even though they said they had it in stock the whole time. Open the tuner finally 11 days later after I paid for overnight ... loaded the tune and it didn't work. My stang kept throwing codes and wouldn't let me bring the RPM's past 3200. Called back (not rude at this point) and was told that they were busy and the best bet was to email their tuner (Nick). Did that and it took him 8 days to respond to me. We went back and fourth over email a few times for another week or so. He sent a new tune -- loaded that and well guess what -- still didn't work... worse now... my stang would die when it hit about 2800 RPM's. Emailed him back ... waited around 5 days to get a responce... new tune sent over... loaded that and back to a dead mustang at roughly 3000 RPM. Pissed at this point -- I called and asked to speak to Nick and was told that he was too busy... so I asked for the manager. He gets on the phone and I make him aware of the situation... he says that it's the first that he has heard of this and that he would call me back. No phone call after 2 or 3 days, so I call back and get him on the phone again ... he says that I need to understand that they are busy and doing what they can. I told him that I was unsatisified and I was just going to seek help elsewhere. He then says that if I seek outside help that I would be paying for a tune when THEY were giving me free tunes. I then got pissed cause it's not like I'm getting free usable tunes here -- American Muscle was trying to fix the sh!tty tune that they had initially sent me to begin with and they had no luck in fixing their mistake.

I went to local tuner to get dyno'd tuned at this point about 3 weeks later. This tuner works both with SCT and Diablo. He try's using my SCT (that I got from American Muscle) and can't get it took work. He says that it's not taking tunes and he tried repeatily for 4 hours ... called other friends that have dyno and other shops to see if they had seen these problems before and no one could do it -- he called SCT and they were no help but determined that the tuner was more then likely detective. I ended up at this point completely iritated and bought a Diablo Predator -- My stang was tuned in no time with no problems -- they tuner I used even cut me a deal and charged basically nothing for being on his dyno for 5 hours.

I called American Muscle to try and return the tuner and that was another problem in itself. Had to speak to 2 different managers for about 2 weeks and was told over an email that they would not take the tuner back since they had put a tune in it specific to my stang. Specific to what??? IT NEVER WORKED!! [:@] I emailed them back and no response -- I called and no returned phone call .. called several times for about 3 weeks and they refused to get on the phone ... just put me hold until I went away... or they were in meetings ... busy... no there... every excuse in the book. I left voice mail after voice mail... email after email -- nothing.

This is why I dislike American Muscle and would not recommend them to anyone -- very unprofessional company and the poorest quality service I have ever experience in an automotive industry.

Not complaining, just stating whats been happening with them, and it doesnt matter if its free or not, they should ship it FASTER if it was free, to impress the customer and have the customer come back and buy from them again.
Maybe they shipped it UPS! And you weren't there to sign for it!
Yeah! That's it!

No offense, but that might be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. : ) Remember, it is the holiday season, and American Muscle has no control over the shipping industry's delivery time.

Nick
Your a moron. Im guessing you work for a company rather than run one with your mind-set.

Take it easy tough guy. He's got a point, the shipping industry lags this time of year. Hell, Fedex subs out their work.
