simple HU upgrade?
hey guys:
i apologize if this question is idiotic, but i was just reading a couple threads on stereo upgrades over the shaker 500 and was checkin out some options on crutchfield; all this made me wonder - i'm not about to drop $1000 on the avic D3,but it looks like all the more basic HU's are standard, run-of-the-mill sizes: how do they fit in the dash? does everything come out? are black plastic panels used to fill in the empty space?
