So your saying police cars are ricey because they got LED light bars??
First of all, are you serious? What are you talking about? Where did I say that, A) they were rice, or B) make a blanket statement that all LEDs are rice?
I'll tell you where... oh yeah thats right, I said neither. As my quote below shows, I said nothing about them being rice, and who cares if they were, but that they did not look good. And police cars with LED light bars? Grow up, First of all Light Bars are not meant to look good, and I said nothing of the sort that would lead anyone who actually read my posts to that conclusion. Thanks for trying though.

who cares if they are rice, they just look terrible. Why would you do that? The car's taillights are fine as it is. To me you are ruining the rear end if you do that.... There is just no reason, it is a mustang.

If you want cues for style and taste, I can't possibly imagine a worse place to ask. Technical questions, yes. How-to threads, definitely. Style, you'd be better off visiting your local trailer park.

if you like them, buy them. tell people who say different to go **** themselves. you shouldn't need public approval before you do anything to your car, do what you like.
Amen to that!

Those look alright... not bad. Atleast those aren't those all white setups with the huge red dots in each... that would probably be rice if anything.

Those will probably be bright as hell too lmao!

Anyhow gluck with whatever you choose!

I was wondering how anyone could even tell if they are ricey.
The ad doesn't even have a picture of them installed on a Mustang!

But really, LED's use less energy and last longer. Nothing "rice" about that!

Personally, I'd like to see them ON a Mustang, with Black Tail light bezels AND sequentials!

Just something a little off topic speaking of LED lights... anyone hear of that new lighting system that utilizes actual sunlight during the day along with fiber optics to light the ENTIRE house? Even has on/off switches... You can also get it in LED powered lighting which reduces electric bills by more than half (of course) from previous light bills. It's actually pretty amazing what the fiber optics along with LED's look like and how bright they get. Probably old news though.
