thinking of getting some pypes violators, anyone selling a set?

Just sold my set for $100.00. Great fit and they look good, but the drone is mind numbing, I took a 2 hour trip with them and I couldn't stand it pulled them off immediately. I now have FRPP GTA and I love them.

Am I weird because in town there is no drone, but when on the highway, in 5th, at 2k...it's music to my ears.

UltraShock -- your not crazy, the annoying drone is actually something i like. maybe were both freaks. lol

Wow. You must have some super sensative ears. With the stock h pipe, the only drone I've heard of from anyone was from about 1800-2200 and it was very light. I have Violators on my '07 and that's the only drone I experienced. Now with off road H pipe, I have no drone. It smoothed it out. But still, the tiny amount of drone from 1800-2200 was anything but mind-numbing. More like hardly noticable and something I'd chalk up to having a V8.

I have Pypes Violators with an o/r x pipe and there is some drone but i like a little bit.

i think your my twin brother or something!!! lol. if i dont find a set by tomorow (12/26/07) i'm just gonna order them from brenspeed. and i think i'll treat myself and get the polished ones for my x-mas gift to myself!!

Still trying to understand drone...I love the way my Stang sounds and most of my driving is freeway driving.
