UPS Sucks, I have heard of a new policy, but saw it in action waiting on my new x pipe: I ordered it out of TX and it said it should be to me on the 20th. I tracked it online, went from TX to Chicago on the 14th, and sat there until the morning of the 19th, went to St. Louis and got to me on the 20th. It wasn't late, but could have been hella early! Apparently, they find it somehow economically feasable to sit on a package for a few days and have it arrive on time, as opposed to arriving early.

Are you talking about this month? Do you realize that their is an abundance of packages during the holidays. There are more packages in the shipment hubs than there is room on all of the trucks. I've been getting all of my packages about a day late this month from all different shippers. Fedex even subcontracts deliveries during the holidays because they can't handle the load. I usually never order high dollar items this time of year, it's too much of a risk.

yea, I understand being late this time of year, all my crap from Amazon for presents was about 3-5 days late, I expected that. This was still listed as "on schedule" and clearly showed flat out sitting in a hub for almost a week. I dunno, I realize this time of year sucks for them, but they tend to have problems year round around here.

Let me make myself clear on this. I knew it would be somewhat late, but that is not the problem. The problem is that they flat out LOST my item. It's been a week and two days, yet it is still in Miami where it was supposed to be shipped from... and they don't know where in Miami it is...
