I just picked up some CHE LCA's, I read up on how they are made and it sounds pretty solid to me...

Stock will be your cheapest route and its what all most all of us have. If you want to spend the dough you can get theones from BMR (http://www.bmrfabrication.com/2005MustangSUSPENSION.htm) or theFord racing ones.

Definatly do them both at once. I'm leaning towards the CHE with Antisquats for about 100 beans less than BMR and they are made right here in good ole PA to boot!!

Near Erie Actually and you can get them powder coated to your liking, Ford Blue for me!!!
