The stock ones simply unscrew.
I don't know which ones you got so I don't know how to tell you to put them on...
I got these from MGW and the instructions were easy to follow.

If they can't slide down into the door like the stock ones make sure you don't screw them down all the way.
I noticed my power locks didn't dig them when I first installed mine so I backed them off more and no probs since.

they look so good with the silver door handles and the silver dash i can't wait to get the a/c ***** with my hurst thats on its wayy....i wanna look liike this'
