I'm pretty sure the 2008s are different. When I brought my car to the guy that I use for tint, he said that it looked different from the previous years of Mustangs he's done. I've had my tint for about a month or so now with no scratches, at first I thought I did have some but whenever I wash the car and clear the windows they disappear. It's weird, but no scratches.

Just curious, the people that do not have any scratches YET. Do you live in Florida or any state that has floating sand?

I live in Florida, got my tints installed in May, and had no problems until about the end of summer. Then scratches started to appear on the passenger side.
Its pretty ridiculous now, so I'm probably going to order some moleskin real soon and take it back to the shop. Luckily they have a very reasonable warranty and will replace the windows for free.

How exactly does the Mole Skin install? I might just order it just in case.
