Default What kind of grease is needed for the poly bushing on BMR LCAs?

Is it silicone or something else that is special?
On BMR's website if you buy a part they have an option to "Add 14oz Silicone grease " so i assume that is what they want, however they do not specify it anywhere.

Can a tube of silicone grease be picked up at autozone or napa localy or do i need to order online?
Thanks.

Well I was at AutoZone and they did not have any silicone grease, but they did have some Green Grease.
Is anyone familiar with Green Grease?
It was 8 bucks a tube so i picked one up.
It is asynthetic multi-purpose grease that is waterproof and has a operating temperature of -20F to 500F.
It looks like good stuff but is it ok for poly bushings?

The site calls it synthetic so I guess you're GTG. I didn't notice the site saying it was petroleum based, which is the real enemy of poly bushings

The EnergySuspension grease is very thick and tacky.
It is nearly impossable to wash off. Onceon the bushings
it is there to stay.
