An old lady wants my S197!!#*@??
Unreal...
I come out of Walgreens with some prescriptions and an old lady wanted to trade her 98 (or older)Grand Marquis for my Mustang!! NOT!
She's like "I just love those new Mustangs eeeehhhh".[&:]
And I felt like "Here's my prescription, you need it".
I had a lot of compliments on that car before but never froman old lady (I'm guessing, 70+).
So she's the old lady of the year in my book,for being a Mustang fan.
And yep, I kept my car... Didn't like the paint job on hers.

I had a patient's wife (also 70+) one time tell me about her '68 GT390 and how she loves pulling up to younger guys at stoplights and surprising the hell out of them when she stomps on the gas when it turns green. Now that's a hell of a lady!

I think it's a nice compliment for her to give. My Mother has a89 5.0 LX, and it's very modified. She is in her seventies. She used to race it a couple years ago, before her health got worse. She would compliment you on your car too, if she saw it. You have got it looking real sweet.

Weird enough.. i have an old lady story also concerning my mustang.
Before i took it off the lot, i had put the top down to take a couple pictures, then went back inside to sign some paperwork.
When i came back out there was two older laddies sitting in it! The salesman got all nervous and went over to them and was like "excuse me laddies, but thats a customers car, not the dealerships" I went over to them cause it was really funny. They were very nice and expressed how much they loved my car. Then one of them looks at me and goes
"well atleast you know you can pick up old laddies in your car."
i about died laughing with them.
