Default Crank Pullet Bolt Torque

Hi,
I'm set to install Steeda underdrive pulleys on my '07. I have the ARP high-strength replacement bolt for the crank pulley. The Ford bolt is a one-time use bolt and the ARP can be re-used. I know that Ford says to tighten the stock bolt in 4 stages, with the last stage being to "tighten an additional 90 degrees". My question is - Do you tighten the ARP bolt using the same method, or is there an actual torque value that's applied?

Tacobill did a great write up, included are the ford specs, I would use them.

That is a great write-up. However since TacoBill used a stock Ford crank pulley bolt, the question remains - do you use the same torque spec with the reuseable ARP bolt?
