I have them as well they atach with a velcro pad at the top what has 3M tape on it very easy 5 mins

Mine are painted and I think it looks great...I guess being able to take them off would be nice, but it looks so good its not coming off anyways

I was thinking of getting them painted instead but I'm too cheap now that the holidays are over, my wallet needs a few months to recover
