but when I was stock I installed the diablo cookie cutter tune and was like wow thats better, then got the 93 tune from doug and got the same wow improvement as the stock to diablo made.

If you car is not throwing codes then the tune is loaded....with a C&L it usually will through a code pretty damn quick without the tune

My car was totally stock. After the JLT and tune the car was much louder and deeper. Not sure about the people
with manuals, but the ones with automatics REALLY feel the difference. The shifts are insane.

i had the same impression as the op. i emailed brent, and after my description,he said my improvement sounded about right.....
should we ask for a more aggressive tune or something??

I noticed the absence of throttle lag immediately upon installing my 93 Brenspeed tune.
I did not notice a real gain in power, except that the car wasn't bogging down when I nailed the gas like it did stock.
Perhaps gear ratio plays a part in how much power change is detected.
I have 3.31 gears, so it just won't jump the way some cars do no matter the power of the tune.
I've gotta get gears.
