Default I'm thinking we need an all wheel drive

..................mustng. I know, it sickens me the think about it, but consider the possibilities. It could be an option. It could be a 6 banger so the top end wouldn't shred the drivetrain. Front wheel drive makes no sense, but if it were 4x4, It would be helpful where many of us live and work. I knew a guy that put an el-camino on a 4x4 frame. Thing was great.

Seriously, it would take away the personality of the car.

There would be 4 lines instead of 2.

Not if it had a low stance like those new 4 wheel drive Caddys.

yeah, I see your reasoning, but the truth is... If you really need an AWD car, then the Mustang isn't your car. With snow tires and some weight the car does respectably in mild snow/ice. If you need more than that, you likely also need/should have more ground clearance, IRS, and in general, not a performance car.

Be nice if I could have both in 1 package though.

We got one of those too. Can't afford 2 of em and park the stang. It has to go, good or bad weather. I did find out one thing. 200# of dogfood in the back makes the wheel well go down 1/2 inch.
