RE: 4.10's TOO STEEP??
No there is someone here in our forum that does recommend 4:30s' believe it or not. I know there was a guy at a dragstrip that we use to go to that had them. Personally I would buy what I would want because you are the working for them. If you have any other questions email or pm Bluestar. He has 3:73s' and he loves them. He used to have 4:10s' but what I gathered he didn't like running his car in a higher RPM range when he did hisbusiness tripswhich was mainly interstate. I myself find it even more enjoyable for the interstate because of the quick torque that I am able to obtain being already in the power range to obtain it. 3:55s' in my opinion get you to the power curve when the 4"10s' you operate in the power curve. Hope this helps. It's a tough decision. See if you can meet someone at a car show or a meet that will let you test drive their car. I live in South Carolina and I letpeople drive my all the time. Fortunately no one has wrecked it yet.

Thanks dude. Whatever you do enjoy your car. I feel so fortunate to have one. It's depressing to think that some of us will never be able to enjoy the S-197 because it's a keeper.
