Tint, it's cheaper and it should always be the first mod .. than CAI/Tune.

that color definitely looks better with tint. but then again what color doesnt. intake and tune next then maybe a 75 shot of NOS

Intake and tune for sure...
2 reasons: performance and efficiency (gas mileage etc...)

I would hold off the intake/tune for a little bit. Get used to driving the stock setup, then when you change it, the difference will be all that much sweeter. If you go intake/tune right away you probably wont appreciate the gain.
