ORIGINAL: 5.0Sleeper

This is probably like the 100th topic about a spoiler delete, but my quick question is what would be the best way to go about deleting my spoiler? fill in the holes and paint over it or get a new trunk lid or what? Thanks
I was just about to bring this question up myself. I was wanting to take my spoiler off and see if I like the look of no spoiler. But just wanting to know a temporary fix to keep water out in case i wanted to reattach my spoiler.
Just remove it one Saturday morning on a dry weekend. Won't you know in a day or two if YOU like it. (doesn't matter if anyone else prefersspoiler deleteor not on YOUR car, right?) Either way the best approach is getting a spoiler deletedecklid done up in your color; keeping your OE setup somewhere safe (so you can have it both ways; no real commitment there)

I didnt like the spoiler delete option at first...
but I didnt have a choice after after my '07 tungsten got totaled. The Alloy GT I was getting came with the spoiler delete. Over time it started to grow on me. I love the shelbys how they are lowered and no spoiler, looks hot. I like the roush spoiler and the spoiler delete on the stangs if you have the right combo.

Kind of makes it look retro without one. Retro Charger or Challenger.[:-]

oh ok....I may be able to stop by the local dealership. I already bought mine with the wing on it but IMO it looks better without one.

The wing draws your eye to it IMO. With the spoiler delete, you notice more of the shape of the car - a smoother sleeker look.

Yea, that's the line I use for my male pattern baldness. Too each their own though.
