The wing draws your eye to it IMO. With the spoiler delete, you notice more of the shape of the car - a smoother sleeker look.
yeah i think the spoiler gives it an edge. without it, it looks too smooth.

Well, I actually like the GT500 spoiler. But between the wing spoiler and no spoiler I personally would choose no spoiler.

I already have the stock spoiler but I was thinking of replacing it with a ducktail so how much would it cost to fill the holes + pain or is there a cheaper solution?

I'll stay with the retro BOSS and Mach look.

If you're sure you want to delete your spoiler the BEST way to do so is find another same color Mustang without a spoiler that wants one and swap trunk lids.

Cheap (free), quick and looks stock.

This is the process a friend of mine with a WRX STI used to get rid of the hugecartoonish wing on his car.

What about VIN #'s? I know that most cars these days have the VIN on the inside of the trunk lid. Is is a decal, or is it actually pressed into the metal? I'd be scared to swap a trunk with another guy knowing that we're also swapping VIN numbers on a part.

I know with the sherrrod package they make for the mustangs...their Duck Tail Wings comes with plastic pieces that extend from the tail up to cover the factory drilled holes... Heres the site check it out.

I'm having mine deleted while it's in the shop. It Isn't costing me a thing. They had the stock spoiler listed as $285 or something crazy like that.

I think the stock spoiler is distracting.
