How capable on a small Road Course is this car as it sits with these mods...
Ok, so currently I have...
05 MTX GT w/
Steeda Stage II Handling Kit
Tokico D-Spec Shocks
In the handling kit it has endlinks, front and rear Steeda Sway bars, traction bars.. strut bars (front and rear)
To me, coming from a slightly modded WRX, it handles great!
Any reccommendations or tips? The road course is fairly small but still challenging. Im still on stock brakes and rotors.

Well I'm not sure what a 05 MTX GT is, but if it's a Mustang ([8D] ) i would say that it sounds like you'd have fun with that setup until you come to the stops. Need to get some brake work done before taking it on a road course for sure.

For strict handling.... these cars handle great. I had a blast and did fine in recent autocrosses with basic suspension work done. These are great cars.
But dont forget... TIRES are the absolute greatest handling mod. These need an upgrade and you'll run with the best.
But marcus keeler above is right..... If you're talking overall roud course, and not just a suspension chit chat, then yeah you need brake workto even go several laps at full speed on a road course.

Stock calipers are fine but you want to be looking at swapping out the rotors and yes, upgrading the pads. Some of the other guys have specific experience with pad types, they'll chime in soon

From what I've read (haven't taken mine to a track), the best/most important thing you can do after pads and good fluid is to add some type of cooling. Several kits available, or make your own, but get some fresh air to the rotors.
