If your target is 500+ - then whatever kit you get - I'd plan on a forged rotating assembly as well...

Every kit out there can get what you're looking for so it's personal preference IMO.

Yep - it's all up to pesonal opinion depending on the look and results you want to see. I've narrowed my choices down to Whipple and Saleen.

There is no way to pay $41K for a GT unless it is a special edition of some kind...keep us posted on that and put up pics asap! If you are looking for low end power, a Twin Screw is your blower best bet (Saleen, Whipple, KB). Welcome

I have no useful input other than if its 500+whp you are looking for forged internals or a new motor altogether is going to be necessary. This site has many great sponsors that can help you decide on whats right for you. I really just had to say how proud of my fellow forum members for not turning this into a multiple page flame fest of this supercharger is better than that one and a turbo is better than a supercharger and so on blah blah blah. This thread just wreaks of maturity and useful info what happened to you people?

You mention 525 but is that crank or rear wheel? If you're looking for low end grunt, a centri like the Procharger probably won't suite. I had one and it was a wonderful kit but neededrpms to get it going. I don't have much experience withthe turbo yet but for your hp goal, a 60 to 67mm unit should be plenty. Bigger is not necessarily better with a turbo for street use.

If you are talking 525 crank HP and you want low end grunt you only have 3 choices.

Whipple HO, KB, or Brenspeed Saleen Stage 4.

If you are talking 525rwhp then you are looking at one of the 3 above with a smaller pulley and a built block.
