Europeans like the mustangs, if you get the right buyer then they will pay in euro's what the car is worth in dollars. about 1.5x with current exchange rate. But customs is a pita.

I've paid for my gt $52 000
it's all inclusive without xenon lights
kenne bell cost $7.7 with instalation
+ i order some accesories for interior,
aero kit (like in west coast shelby wcc)
8 pistons rotora brakes
my gt is white, but i want it fully change colour in white nacre (pearl)
i'll alter all passenger compartment with ceiling , doors, etc in red alcantara
change colour of aluminium parts- it will be varnish black
order asanti wheels r22 - af146
i'll place 7 inch monitor instead of stock shaker
good speakers and soob woofer
and i think about gibson exhaust or borla- did not decided yet
it will be one car in our country like mine,
if anybody want - i can post photos when it will be done
i think it wil be cool,
all together will cost about $105 000
very expensive i think , but it will be good car

MexGT - so, you have not any problems with transmission?
and i want to ask , what is your 0-60mph time ?

Dear owners of gt auto trans with kenne bell, maybe do you have any advices of expluatation ?
Thanks in advance

Mustangkennebell,
Please post pics when it is done. Sounds like it's going to be a great ride. One word of advice though... Try not to use the word Cute when describing your Mustang...

I have the Kenne Bell blower with an automatic. The transmission held up fine at 8 PSIbut when I raised the boost to 10 PSI it killed my tranny after about 3200 miles and maybe twenty-five runs at the track.
My car is a weekend toy and I really did not beat on it on the street very often. I raced a highly-boosted STI one night and my car was pushing 165 MPH. The very next morning my transmission began slipping, overdrive light flashing and I lost third gear.
So my experience is that the 8 PSI 425-430 HP range you should be okay with stock transmission. You may have problem if you go over 450 HP.
The other thing about the stock transmission is the torque converter. The stock converter is actually a lot looser than the previous generation TQ converters but it is weak construction. It can be launched up to 2000 RPM. The problem with it is that some people with high horsepower application are seeing the converters crack. Many are also experiencing the converter unlocking at the top end. Mine was doing that once i went to 10 PSI. I upgraded to a Level 10 converter that has a billett case.
So upgrading the converter is a really good idea. Just buy a good quality one and don't go for the cheapest one (TCI ) which is just a re-worked stock converter.
I upgraded my transmission with a Level 10 Stage III 5R55S and have not had any problems since. My 0-60 time was 2.9 seconds.

Post pictures of it... also do they have Ford Europe dealerships in Ukraine? or did you have to go to Germany or UK to find a dealership that sold them.

Gman13 thank you

zkiller thank yor for your attention,
so i need to order new one converter ?
can you show me the good one (give me a link) , or tell me the manufacturer , i'll order it with my local agent
is it serial number Level 10 Stage III 5R55S of yours ? how much it cost in US?
it will be good if your US dealers could ship to eastern Europe (i could pay by cc and not to overpay local dealers- they want to much), but most of them could not ship
As i understand my KB will be 8 PSI, can i rise it to 10, and how?
My mustang will be also a weekend car ,
but if i'll stand with mitsubishi EVO or subaru wrx sti on the traffic light, i want to show them what is the real american muscle.

steveo555, yes, of course there is official dealer FORD in Kiev,
but they did not sell mustang, they sell fords like mondeo, fiesta, galaxy etc,
so i have to find a company which trade with US ford dealers, it takes 30 days to take it from New York ..
