Default MustangKenneBell

Hi guys,
sorry for my "english"
i'm from eastern europe.
Ukraine,Kiev.

I buy mustang gt with auto transmission, and set on it KenneBell supercharger
hp grows up to 450 on a wheels.

KenneBell agent sure me that it's no need to make any changes with transmission, it's enough to make only chip tuning, and everything will be ok with it.
But i really have big doubt about it.
Mustang cost in Ukraine very expensive, so i dont want to waste my time on service station with broken transmission.
Could you help me ?
Maybe anyone have some experience about it?
Should i have to nervious, or not?
Maybe i should have to change my auto trans to some sport auto trans which will be suitable for 450hp

Thank you a lot.

Kenne Bell is right. Up to 450 rwhp is good. You don't need anything more done to your care. The tune is enough.

just curious - how much domustangsGT cost in over there?
also, considering that 95octane gas is the minimum you can get in europe, it should run faster thanthe US versionwith 87 octane...

28,000 - 32,000 for the GT on average. I run 92 octane with the KB tune.

Unless you increase compression or add forced induction, running the the higher octane fuel will gain you nothing when added to a vehicle designed to run on the lower grade fuel.

450 rwhp I might consider risky for an auto. 420 should be more than enough to keep it safe IMO, could be wrong.

I think you will be fine as long you don't frequently beat on it from a dig...
