right so i dont like overly loud exhaust. what i want is something just a little bit more louder than stock mufflers. i want something throaty and mean sounding too with out the loudness. i want to keep the stock headers and H-pipe(i think its that) and just throw on some mufflers. anyone have any suggestions?

If you're not worried about cost and want top quality the corsa axelbacks are the way to go. A little louder than stock at idle and nice sound at WOT. Just my opinion.

magnapaks are louder and more aggressive. the regular magnaflow one is a bit louder then stock, which is too quite for some people.

stay away from all muffler delete setups such as boomtubes and slp, etc. They will more than likely be too loud for what you are asking for. Corsas are great as well as Magnaflow. Also, consider MAC axlebacks, they are very, very impressive.

+1 on the MAC Axlebacks. I am running just the MACs with the rest of the exhaust stock and it already sounds amazing.

The MACs are loud and drone like hell.. based on the first post.. that's not what he is looking for. A nice sounding..just louder than stock choices are the ford Racing GTAs or Cosas.

btw.. all the drone from my previous MAC set-up literally vibrated the connections loose in my exhaust system. I ended up having an exhaust leak where the cats meet the headers because the bolts came loose.
