Most people feel it's the stereo system's fault. Many people who reported the battery drain problem also reported that physically turning off the stereo before turning the car off prevented the problem from re-occurring.

I've got an 06 V6 with the Shaker 500 (since replaced) and didn't experience any battery problems either, but the majority of posts I've read with people having battery problems pointed to a stereo issue.

I have heard on many occasions that the Shaker 1000 amp if left on causes this??? As on option on my 08 it says "Battery with rundown protection" I wonder if this will help?

I cant leave the radio on more than an hour while detailing or the car will not start. I went to Ford for a check engine light and they replaced my alternator at 34k miles.

Mine sits at least 5-6 days and often 13-14 days between starts and the battery has never given me a problem. I have the Shaker 500 and I leave it on when I turn the car off and still have no problems.
