Default Problems - Radio won't turn on.

Ok so i had h3 completly installed so i put the battery back in then i went to push the d3 in place so that i can bolt it in. When i was pushing it in, something sparked and the d3 turned off. I checked number 20 fuse on the fuse panel and it wasn't broken, i also checked the fuse on the radio. They both look fine. What can the problem be? Is there another fuse soemwhere or soemthing. I really don't wanna spend 79 dollars an hour tommroow at bestbuy, so any help would be nice..thanks

service junction box (passenger foot well fuse box)

unlikely.... the only way to be 100% sure tho, is with a volt-ohm meter.
