Oh ok, from the way I first read it, it sounded like a woman in the left lane changed lanes into his lane as he was passing by because the left lane was stopped.

 

So my insurance claims $4100 in damage to my car, her insurance says $3800 to my car. We'll go to arbitration... doubt i'll get my deductible back.

They're going to replace the front fender, door, and rear quarter. Respray the rear deck and the hood to blend it in. New glass in the driver's door. New mirror (which *both* will be body color matched), plus any other damage they find underneath once they take her apart. 2 weeks until its done tho. I so hate this kia that I have right now.

OUCH! Sorry to hear this happend. Gladno one wasinjured. Agree with other posts, get replacement parts. Dealing with insurance can be a headache, I hope it goes smooth for you,

Not all women who drive big/large vehicles are bad drivers.....I drive a large Conversion Van as well as a 19 foot long truck as my DD.

All I can say is, Im sorry to see this.

 

They'll replace the whole side of that car. Those fenders are done, they won't even try to fix that. Not sure about the door, but definately both fenders.

Women can't drive for ****. Sorry ladyies, but it's true.

 

they will replace the door too... mine wasn't as bad and that was the first thing they said, that they were just going to order a new door.

 

Dam......... i feel your pain, at least you didnt get hurt.
