im gonna be hittin up the first time at the track here in a month or so im pretty nervous im in a manual and im only 17....give me some pointers

Thanks for the advice guys. Its really appreciated. Yeh i went and grabbed me some stocks bullets from a friend and now i cant afford my 295 like i wanted to put on my 20s . I am not SCed. Yeh i was REALLY nervous. Heres a vid to prove it. I didnt want to tell you guys about my first run I actually got in 2 runs total. That was my second one. here is my first. Yes its totalling embarrassing... I lined up for the first time in my life and i got the first light to say im in good position then inch a little more to get the second light to turn on. I accidently passed it so i i had to reverse, and when it turns green, im flooring it on neutral....[&o]. I was like WTF why arent i moving!!! then i look down and im like damn.....

1. Go to an even before you plan on making your debut! That way you can see how everything flows, with no pressure.
2. When you do go to race, make sure you attend the drivers meeting, they explain how things work there.
3. Get your car teched.
4. Stock tires? Go around the waterbox...you can do a small burnout to knock the loose crap off your tires, but it isn't necessary. Slicks, water 'em and burn em!
5. Stage with your FRONT tires...
6. Go on the 3rd light.
7. Keep it pointed towards the end of the track.
8. HAVE FUN!
