I faxed a Warranty claim they sent me. Now I wait.

 

Wow, taked to Koni on Thursday and I received the replacements 2 days later on Saturday. Now to bring the car back to the shop.[&:]

 

.. at least they caught you before something broke going down the road. I'd be applauding Koni for trying to make things right. Most companies wouldn't even think about paying for the re-install. Just curious, did they make you send them a receipt for the installation?

 

They offered to either reimburse me or to pay the installer direct. I'm contacting the shop on Monday with the whole story and I'll take it from there. Koni will send me a prepaid shipping tag for the defective ones when I'm done.

It was Koni Warranty that contacted me and the guy on the phone was very apologetic. All they wanted was my name and address on their warranty form. No proof of anything.
