I wanna remove my cats for more sound, but bad part is I have to put them onif I have to take it to the dealer for anything. I know its not gonna give power but is it worth it?

from what i know you dont have to put back your cats when you take it to the dealer they will only give you trouble is if somthings wrong with the car like your engine blew or somthing due to the lack of backpressure caused it! (i could be wrong though) Can someone pitch in with the right info please!

Not worth all the hassle for the sound. I installed my o/r h by myself. What a big mistake. Quality and fitment was very cheap. I took my time and finally got everything on. Car still sounds too quiet to me with stingers on. Get the trumpeting also.

Dealer changed my oil last week and is currently investigating the shetty install of 3.73's I got a few years ago. They havent said a word about my o/r h pipe.
Brenspeed claims 11hp increaseif your car is tuned for the o/r h pipe.

I did alot of reading in here before I put one on. I just decided that just the sound it produced was worth the 100 and some bucks.

Good Luck!

when 06Saleen3V put his on with the stock saleen exhaust it made all the difference in sound, it went from sounding good to sounding scary and agreed if you are tuned for it you can pick up around 10 hp from it and it only costs 170 bucks!!!
soo worth it

i thought there was no tune for an off road pipe and that the only reason you tell the tuner you have an off road pipe, is so that they turn off the rear O2 sensors removing the CEL.

well you tell the tune to turn off the o2 sensors but i want to say since you are flowing better it would be like tuning for headers possibly but just not as much of a drastic difference in flow... but i am not completely sure because we mail-ordered mickeys tune from brenspeed
