paint places that do really cheap work use really cheap paint.
+1. Ask to see some of this guys work firsthand before you do it IMO.

Yeah, I told him I could go to a local graphics shop and buy the vinyl for less than $100. He said the vinyl was $300, with $500 in labor... No thanks.

He uses Dupont, and "guarantees it for life that it will never flake".

He seemed pretty shady, but he showed me some pictures and everything looked fine. That, and him saying he does the local Ford dealers stripes sorta swayed me. I'm going to stop by the dealer on Wednesday just to verify.

Nope. It's a locally owned body shop here in town. I'll be headed around town on Wednesday to get some other quotes.


I originally wanted vinyl stripes, and I'm almost positive I could get Vinyl for cheaper than the $350 he is charging for the paint.

my local ford doesnt have a body shop so they work with one up the street from them, the work ive had done was next to perfect... so far that is ; )
