They are saying the damage is only $600 WHATEVER! There is alot more than that! The trunk lines arent perfect anymore, the tank only fills up to 3/4 full and a light come on, plus there is a popping in the front now. It was perfect before~! They are trying to only replace the bumper[:@]

+1 many times they will depend on the fact that you need your car back to force you to accept substandard work. Stand your ground! Make sure they know that they don't have you over the barrel (whether they do or don't). Let them know that you'll wait as long as necessary to make sure it is done correctly.

thats what ive been doing with mine cuz the place we went to are dumb***es and i am still awaiting the retrieval of my car since THANKSGIVING!!!! but enough sobb stories

Get them involved for you, to fight the other Mikey Mouse Ins. company. Your own will help you...
You don't have to worry about your policy going up etc, since you're not at fault.
Don't let that slide Kara because you will regret it big later. If you get mad and try to sell the car because it isn't right, you will take a beating, even with a trade in. You can't afford to have a brand new Stang all screwed up!

Their insurance was trying to get away with only paying for a refurbished bumper. I SAID hell no. I want a brand spanking new one! They only want to pay 600 for the damage. WHATEVER! They are paying me to be in a rental. A dodge caravan[:'(]
