Your car will program to the pad, not the other way around.
The instructions make you play with the ignition to undo your factory set-up, then you enter the pad data to your car and all the fobs.

I remember turning the ignition on and off 8 times and pushing lock/unlock onthe key fogs at the end of that.
When your horns chips, you're done.
Read the instructions, it's easy.

I never leave anything of value in my car anyway, so I ain't paranoid.
My wife is good about that too.

Keep it in the trunk, if you're not already doing so.
Don't give any reasons to losers to bust in your car.

If some hackers can get into the Pentagon, then I guess they can find out your remote code.
What's the chances they'll get your car though? I ain't losing any sleep over this, that's for sure.

I dont think someone is going to stand by your car for an hour attempting to get in. breaking the glass is ALOT easier, lolol. think about it, why would they mess with that stupid little pad. just break the glass.

i am def. not loosing any sleep over it too, i think its a great thing to have!

it's a 5 digit code, the chance of someone getting the code right and getting in your car is slim to none, I don't think anyone is going to waste that much time to figure out your code when it's as simple as throwing a brick thru the window, I've had mine now for about 1 1/2 years, no problem with anyone getting in.
