Default freebie/low budget mods

i think we need a main thread for low budget or freebie mods on this forum. i know if you search for them, their out there, but most of them are burried and most people cant be bothered to take the time to do it. so i propose that everyone post all the freebie/low budget mods you know about. (step by steps and links)
examples - s197 throtle pedal mod, trunk release button mod, trunk lid liner install...

if we get enough and it is orginized well (minimal b/s posts) maybe a mod will make it a sticky for all to see.

i'll start. heres a link to a step by step set of instructions to the throtle pedal mod. its purpose is to eliminate the "dead space" in some s197 gas pedals.

heres another one for the trunk release button mod. 05-07 stang didnt come with an interior button to open the trunk, just the key or the remote. heres a mod to install one on your own.

let 10 lbs of air out of each tire. 10 X 4 = 40 lbs less rotating weight!

Now why didnt I think of that![sm=interesting.gif]

I always thought the more air, the lighter like air your car was.
