I would say GT's are generally worth $20K or so.
V6's are generally worth $15K or so.

Of course that varies a little with year and mileage.
I would say yours should be a little higher for an '08 Pony.

I paid$24K for my 2007 GT new soI dont figureI got hurt to bad.

I didn't have a trade when I bought my gt. I sold my truck outright. There is something to be said for trading in a vehicle though. It's easier, you can transfer the tag and if you know what it's worth and stick to it, they will give you what you want if they want to make a sale.

Now with that said, i will probably never trade in another vehicle. I allready have a spare tag from my truck that I can transfer. I'll probably buy another ford ranger after the gt's paid for and just keep the mustang as a weekend, fun car.

I also have no intention of trading my GT.......I was offered $22,500 on a Tade-in towards a Shelby GT. The offer was made a couple of months back when I was having my Shaker1000 replaced.

Like Howie Mandell say's ..Bluestar---Deal or No Deal
Sorry Howie, tell the Banker...NO DEAL

Hey guys, at the top i did say what i have "Hey guys i just bought my pony back in december" and then at the end i said it was an 08 black...sorry for the confusion , but yeah i know they low ball you but damn that much [:-]now when you guys say sold out right meaning haveing a for sale sign in thw window and stuff? this is what i have

08 Black PP
6K mile's
Leather Interior
Shaker 500
GT 17" Wheels
Decklid spoiler
Sirius Satellite Radio
6 Year/80 Thousand Extended Warraty
Gap Insurance
Tax Tags and all that Bs i paid like 23,800 somthing like that
(I boughtThe VehicleNew)

So i was expecting atleast somwhere close to that number , i know as soon as you drive off the lot you lose like 3% on the car or somthing like that, but damn 15K if that matter [:@]....I kinda regret getting the Extended Warranty cause i wanna get gears change the exhaust and CAI i think ill void the whole warranty no? is there anyway i can get that money back besides trading in the car?

Well, there's no way you'll get the money you paid in sales tax and tags and registration back, thats a few thousand right there.

Plus it's titled, and has 6K miles so thats another depreciation hit right there.

That deal they gave you was way low but there's no possible way for you to re-coup that 23,800 unfortunately. Did you mean that you only wanted to get the money you paid for the extended warranty back? In that case there really isn't any way either, unless the dealer is willing to refund the warranty seeing that the regular warranty hasn't expired yet so the extended hasn't even kicked in.
