Got my Shelby hoodpins installed today. Here's a few pics. Yes I know one of the pics makes the pin that holds it all together look funny, so I'm gonna adjust it so it sits more flush. Oh, and no "wash your car" comments, I know it needs a bath! [&:]

Are the steel braids plastic coated? They might rub the edge with the wind over time. looks good BTW

Yeah the wires are coated....I still might try to adjust it so the rubbing is minimized.

One of the pics makes the pin that holds it all together look funny, soyou need toadjust it so it sits more flush and you need to "wash your car". I just had to say it. It just wouldnt be complete without someone saying it or maybe even calling you a poser, with the Shelby stamp and all.

Seriously, I got the same package last week but I cant install until car is out of the shop. Getting the Paxton H.O. kit installed. I think the black should go well with the rest of my car, but Im probably leaving the straps off for a cleaner look, IMO. Looks great though.
