Here's a photoshop, it actually turned out better than i thought it would. Obviously I would mount it a little more forward to get rid of the overhang.

What do you guys think?

i think there's much better options than retrofitting a Saleen wing where it's not supposed to go.

Such as? I'm not a fan of ducktails (on my car) nor wings that are at home on an STI. I consider the GT500 wing a ducktail so that leaves nothing that i can find which i can change. Plus if it is too big, I can just use the magic of dremel and bondo to shrink it.

That's not to say I'm set on a Saleen wing mounted to a GT/CS but I do have a lot of skills so yeah.. AND i'm open to suggdestions.

Even if I had a Saleen, I wouldn't keep the wing. It looks so much better without it because the corners are already extended.

But on a GT, I don't see it happening IMO. Try going spoiler delete, maybe it will work for you.

I dont think you can move it anymore forward without the sides of the wing hitting the rear quarter panel.

I have no issues cutting 4" off of it to make room. I imagine I'll have to.

You could do Saleen rear, no wing. It's not a ducktail, and it's not a tacked on wing, it's just sort of an extension that gives the car a slightly upswept line at the back instead of looking chopped off. You would probably want to fill in the letters, no big deal if you're thinking about going at a wing with a dremel and bondo anyway.

It should look great with the CS front.

To me the saleen wing looks like the car is wearing a cape. It's a bit over-the-top and reeks of BK....Body Kit.
