27K seems like too good of a deal to pass up IMO.
You could probably sell it on Ebay for more right away if you don't title the car when you buy it. (And thus not pay sales tax, registration fees, etc... actually, is it even possible to do that? I assume so.)

MODDING OR NOT THE BULLITT FOR 27K IS A GREAT PRICE. A NEW GT COUPLED WITH THE BULLITT EXTRAS WILL COST MORE THAN 27K AND YOULL HAVE WARRANTY.

IM JUST CURIOUS BUT IS THIS OFFER BECAUSE YOU'RE DEPLOYED (IF YOU ARE)? I ONLY ASK BECAUSE THEY HAVE THOSE PEOPLE THAT SELL YOU THE CARS TAX FREE TO SERVICE MEMBERS WHILE THEY'RE IN COUNTRY. THEY WERE OFFERING THE GT'S JUST BEFORE THEY CAME OUT AND I TALKED TO THE GUY AND PRICED IT OUT BUT NEVER BOUGHT IT. I GOT MINE WHEN I GOT HOME AND IT ACTUALLY ENDED UP BEING AROUND A $100 LESS THEN THEM -- THERE HAD TO BE A HIDDEN CHARGE IN THERE SOMEWHERE THAT I DIDN'T CATCH.
I PERSONALLY DONT LIKE THE BULLITT BUT 27k SURE DOESN'T SEEM LIKE A BAD PRICE @ ALL FOR IT.

OP, thats not a bad deal, if like was already said, you don't plan on modding. If you mod the bullit you kinda lose the character of the car, unless you don't do anything that can't be reversed and keep all original parts.

Of course, it's a great deal at twice the price!! Less aggressive is the idea, a sleeper, the grill is very cool too, the upgrades from factory is good, no need to worry about warranty service, no swapping out the Cai whenever you go in, messing with the tune ECT......The only upgrade I could see on a reg GT would be a supercharger![sm=smiley20.gif]
