50% expressway (avg 60-65mph) + 50% city driving = 30.2 mpg on my V6 (calculated since my burn-in period, not via the dash)

I'm gonna call bull**** on that. Only driving 55 on the freways and 30 ALL THE TIME with no stoplights in the city would result in that mpg. And those conditions just aren't reasonable.

Call it whatever you want - I charted my routes to minimize stops and I know the timing of all the lights I usually pass, so I'm not often actually stopped. I also don't race, I keep a light touch on the gas pedal, keep it at low rpms whenever I can while crusing, draft behind semis when I can, etc. So go have a nice day.

I hit 30.9 on a highway drive, with only slowing down through small towns with few stop lights.
