Suspension Modification List
Want to lower the car and currently have the BMR Non-adjustable LCA's. Going to get the BMR Lowering Package that comes with Springs, LCA relocation Brackets, Adj. Panhard Bar, Upper Strut Mounts, and Front Camber Bolts. I'm planning on getting the BMR UCA mount and BMR Adj. UCA within the next month or so. The lowering package will come after the UCA work. Is this complete enough to have everything such as pinion angle corrected and work right or do I need more?[&:]
My goals are to really help hook up the car from launches, but yet have a lowered car to drive daily. Could I just get lowering springs for the rear and the relocation brackets with the adjustable UCA's?
08 gt...last weekend installed eibach pro, re-location brackets, tokico d-specs, hard launch hooks up very nice, no wheel hop, no need for panhard, measures out within 1/8" both sides, very happly with the ride quality. unless ur a drag racer dont waste your money on the control arms. thats just my 2 CENTS
yes an adjustable upper control arm will be able to set your pinion angle. I didn't order the mount bu I have the adj. uca. My suspension mods are as follows: Tokico D Specs, BMR lowering kit, BMR billet aluminum lower control arms, BMR adj uca, BMR tubular subframe connectors. Also when you lower the car make sure you install the camber bolts along with the lowering kit. Too much negative camber will wear out those front tires prematurely. IMO lower both the front and back, it's good on a daily drive in NY for me, not too stiff, no wheel hop and handles very well
