anyways, i just thought that this thread was really pointless and retarded.
"some other threads i annoy me are the ones where a v6 guy goes, omgomg, a GT guy said my car was nice. that just proves we're all the same."
...i just think to myself and try to find out why the hell the OP even bothered posting.
but i guess i'll just leave the negative comments inside of me [:@]
apologies if you felt insulted

I think jrhykushiwoke up this morning and found out the box was all out of crunchberries, only the crunch was left.
I know that certainly doesn't leave me in the best of moods.

I was just checking to see if there was another reason. No need to get rude. Think you take these forums too seriously.

RE: Why don't people like bullitts?
So "Why don't people like "Bullitts"? was not the real qustion?
Was it "Is there some reason, not obvious to me, that has so many people deprecating "Bullitt" wheels?" If so, my answer would be, "I think people do like Bullitts, but they like even more to separate themselves from what they see as 'everybody' by choosing other styles".
As for " ... i just think to myself and try to find out why the hell the OP even bothered posting.
but i guess i'll just leave the negative comments inside of me [:@] ", I know why kyushi-san would whine like that; it's because his bluster didn't go over very well this time.
" ... i just think to myself and try to find out why the hell the OP even bothered posting." That's what is called a rhetorical question, whereby the questioner makes a statement of opinion disguised as a question. Like this: "Yo, kyushi-san: are you really interested in learning something, or did you just make a post in a transparent try atshoringupyour shriveled ego?" See?

RE: Why don't people like bullitts?
Personally, I wouldn't say they're bad, it's just they're everywhere. Being that they're the stock wheel style on the mustangs, it leaves little originality for someone wanting to customize their stang to their liking, even if you go to 18" deep dishes.
Back prior to the release of the S197 and New Edges were the current flood of the market, they had a different stock wheel type (unless you asked for the wheel upgrade) that wasn't all that popular with modders. Bullitts where a popular choice to go to. And eventually they became a popular recomendation.
So now you pretty much see them everywhere, stock or aftermarket. So when someone says "yeah I got bullitt wheels" I'm like, "ok, and..."
Ford should have made several different wheel styles for the sake of this situation.

RE: Why don't people like bullitts?
I don't care for standard 17" Aluminum silver bullitts (everyone has them). I like 18" polished and chrome bullitts (especially chrome)
I like 17" Chrome bullits, 17/18" chrome DD bullitts. Black, black chrome, charcoal are okay.
I personally ordered 17" Cragar SS's and they're supposed to get here on Tuesday -- I CANT wait!
