if i buy the steeda hi flo intake with the sct tuner will it really add 38 hp??? an does this tuner have other options for when i get throttle body and pullys

+1, maybe 25 to the wheels. Also, don't purchase directly from Steeda, get them from Brenspeed or Bama. Steeda sends SF units instead of full SCT2's. You can convert it later, but you'll have to pay for a tune from one of those guys anyway. Save the cash, call Brenspeed or Bama.

I regrettably bought from Steeda mostly because I was very new to the market and they were the only company I knew of. If I could do it over again, I would definitely go with the Brenspeed package.

 

Take ALL advertised info with a grain-of-salt. But you WILL get about 20-25, perhaps a tad more depending on your tune, as stated above, and you WILL do a seat pucker after the install.

 

Steeda was great when I dealt with them, I got the diablo tuner with their cai it added right around 30 to the wheels. I also got my exhaust through them aswell. I like dealing with them, great guys.

 

I don't know about 38 hp, but you will definately notice the difference. I purchased my Steeda/SCT tune package from Brenspeed. Brenspeed will give you pre-loaded tunes, based on your car's current mods.And yes, the SCT will let you make adjustments after the fact.I recently installed 4.10 gears,and the SCT tuner let memake this adjustment so that the speedometer reads correctly. If you are going with the Steeda CAI,be sure to sand the plastic at the 3 connecting points for a better seal.Also, careful with the clamps at the throttle body. Too tight and you can cause a crimpin the plastic.
